Eligibility for Exchange:
We offer exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags must be attached and the product should be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number).
Non-Eligible Items:
Some items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’
Exchange Process:

Once your exchange request is reviewed, we’ll send you an approval email and instructions on how to proceed. - Return the Item:
Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method (at your expense). We recommend using a service that provides tracking to ensure the item is returned safely. - New Item Sent:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll send out the replacement t-shirt in the preferred size or style.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items:
We inspect all items before shipping to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a return and provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items for exchange. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your item reaches us safely. Once the exchange is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
